Airfare:
- The package does not include airfare. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
GST 5%:
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5% is not included and will be an additional charge.

- Lunch expenses throughout the tour are not covered. Participants are advised to budget for meals during the day.
Monastery Fees:
- Entrance fees to monasteries are not included in the package and should be borne by participants.
Adventure Activities:
- Costs associated with any optional adventure activities are not included.
Tip for the Supported Team:
- Tips for the supporting team are not part of the package and are at the discretion of participants.
Damage to Riding Gears:
- Customers are liable to pay for any damage caused to the provided riding gears.
Accident Damages:
- In case of accidents, customers are responsible for covering the damages they incur.
Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit of ₹5000 per person is required for the bike and riding gears. Any direct damages will be deducted from this deposit.
Medical or Evacuation Expenses:

Any medical or evacuation expenses are not covered in the package.

Travel Insurance:
- Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance as it is not included in the package.
Anything Not Mentioned:
- Any additional expenses or services not explicitly mentioned in the package are not covered.

The security deposit is refundable, and any deductions will be made only in the case of damages to the bike or riding gear.

Day 1: Delhi to Manali (Volvo Bus)

Gather at Vidhan Sabha Metro station by 4:00 PM
Board the comfortable Volvo bus for an overnight journey to Manali.
Overnight travel, allowing participants to rest for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Arrival in Manali

Early morning arrival in the picturesque town of Manali.
Check into the hotel and take some time to relax and freshen up.
At 6:00 PM, gather for a comprehensive briefing session, where the team marshal will discuss routes, rules, regulations, and offer insights into navigating the challenging Himalayan terrain.
Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 3: Manali to Serchu via Baralacha Pass

Embark on an exhilarating ride to Serchu, passing through the recently inaugurated Atal Tunnel, Lahaul Valley, and charming towns like Sisu, Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha.
Marvel at the breathtaking views and diverse landscapes, culminating at the stunning Baralacha Pass (15,910 ft).
Settle into Swiss camps at Serchu for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4: Serchu to Leh via Tanglang La Pass

Journey towards Leh, conquering challenging terrains like 22 Gata loops, Nakila pass, Lachungla pass, and the vast More plains.

Confirmation Policy

Payment Flexibility:

Payments can be made in convenient parts.
- 30% of the total tour cost is required 30 days before the date of travel.
- The remaining 70% can be paid on day 1 of the trip for riders.

Booking Confirmation:

Upon your initial payment, an email confirmation will be promptly sent to you.

Final Payment Confirmation:

Upon completion of the initial 30% payment, you will receive a preliminary booking confirmation.
After the remaining 70% is paid on day 1 of the trip, you will receive a comprehensive booking voucher containing all essential trip details.

Refund Policy

Processing Time:
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
- By UPI or Account transfer

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made:
- 30 days before the date of travel: 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel: 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel: 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
